Friday

o    HS ASB meeting in Mr Nelson's office @ 8:10am

o    Freshman class meeting @ 8:l0 in room 270

o    HLC meeting @ lunch in Sra. Hoyt’s room

o    Knowledge Bowl practice in Mrs. Sanchez’s room @ lunch (grab your lunch first)

o    7-12 Assembly in the KFH @ 3:00, release @ 2:55

o    HSGB @ Napavine, bus leaves @ 3:10, release @ 2:55

 

 

 

 

 

STUDENT INFORMATION

 

1.     Band students, your cookie dough orders are in. Please make your way to the kitchen loading dock after the 7th period assembly.

2.     The following students need to return the chromebook borrowed from the office: Edgar R, Michael N, Diego, and Katie H.

3.     Soccer girls: Turn your uniforms into Mr. Schray TODAY or you will be fined.

4.     There will be a basketball meeting for all Junior High boys interested in playing on Wednesday, 12/6 @ 3:00 in the multi.

5.     Jr. High Dance in the cafeteria from 6-8 PM on December 14th. Snacks and drinks will be available for purchase. Tickets are $3 per student. There is a suggestion box for song requests in the library. 

6.     If you were selected to participate in the Sources of Strength Training, please make sure to get your paperwork turned into Kat or Mrs. Lynch by TODAY.

7.     It's Food Bowl time!  Food Bowl collection will take place next week, from Monday December 4th through Friday December 8th.  Please look at the signs around campus to find out where to take your food and money for collection. This year's prize?  The winning class, who has the highest pound per person average, will get to go to Astoria for Pizza at Fultano's and a movie at the Astoria movie theater on December 14th.  (Movie to be determined...) So, get your canned food ready and figure out an amazing strategy to raise funds!  Valley has our Food Bowl trophy.  We need to get it back!

8.     Mrs Friese is looking for students who would like to help wrap gifts from the holiday store.  This will take place in her classroom on December 11, 12 and 13th from 3:30-4:30.   If you are interested, please email Mrs Friese at sfriese@southbendschools.org.

9.     Starting next week, Study Table will be with Ms. Kat in the Library on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Come join us for some help on your homework! 

10.    The Link Crew is holding our 6th annual Lip Sync Battle! If you are interested in participating this year, sign-up sheets will be in the office! The deadline for signups is December 11th. Do NOT be afraid to come and sign up!
