·         7-12 Assembly in the KFH, release @ 12:50 for the volleyball competition

·         Homecoming doors will be judged at 3:45

·         JHFB @ PWV

·         HSVB @ NWC, bus leaves @3:05, release @ 2:50

 

Friday

·         Spirit Day - Maroon, Black and Gold

·         Hispanic/Latino Club meeting during lunch in room 236

·         HSFB vs Napavine – Homecoming

 

Saturday

·         Semi-Formal Homecoming Dance in the cafeteria 7-10pm

 

 

STUDENT INFORMATION

1.     So you don't relate to the cost of espressos. Fine. Maybe you can't resist the delicious chicken strips at Jackpot! Mmmm...3 deep-fried chicken strips for just about $6.50. They're sure to satisfy for...a few hours. If you saved the money you'd spend on just 7 seven days of chicken strips, you could buy a yearbook that will provide happiness for years to come! Grab your order form in the office!

2.     The yearbook class would like to get you and your spirit week outfits in the yearbook! Junior high and high schoolers, be sure to be in the courtyard at 12:30 to get a group picture each day this week!

3.     There’s still time to register for the free AI webinar happening this coming Sunday! Learn from the experts. Contact Justin Yi for more information.

4.     LifeTouch will be here on Tuesday, October 19th from 8:30-9:30 for picture retakes AND for students who missed them the first time.  If you purchased pictures and did not like them, you must bring the packet with you on that day.  Forms are in the office.

 

HOMECOMING INFO:

5.      The Homecoming dance will be held on Saturday from 7-10 pm in the school cafeteria. It’s semi-formal. Tickets are on sale in the office, cost is $5 per student.

6.       Students in grades 9-12 who want to go to the Homecoming Dance.  You will need to get a permission form signed in order for you to do rapid COVID testing on Friday afternoon.  Every student who attends the dance will need to be rapid tested on Friday.  If you do not get tested, you will not be able to get in the dance.  So, even if you have to wait until Friday to buy a ticket, you should pick up a packet from the office today.  Thanks!

7.     All Juniors!  GEAR UP Family night is Oct 19th from 5-7.  There will be a meeting, pumpkins to decorate and food!  Please make sure to sign up with the google link sent to your emails, or see Mrs Lynch

 

Seniors:

1.     Baby pictures need to be emailed or turned into Mr. Bale, by December 1st. If they are submitting hard copies, make sure they are in an envelope with the senior’s name on it. 

Final senior pictures need to be in by March 18th, also turned into Mr. Bale. THE SOONER THE BETTER!

2.     SENIORS!!  Have you completed your FAFSA yet?  GHC is offering an in person financial aid and FAFSA Workshop on Oct 19th 5:30-7:30 at the Riverview campus in Raymond.
