STUDENT INFORMATION

 

 

1.     This is National Drug and Alcohol Facts week:  Today’s fact: Among people aged 12 and older in 2020, 9.5 million people misused opioids in the past year. On average 128 Americans die every day from an opioid overdose.

2.     If you have a sibling in grades 7-12 and missed the photo opportunity yesterday, stop in the office this morning to let us know.  We will try to make arrangements to get it done.

3.     Seniors- Do you need help with your scholarship packets, applying to college or filling out your FAFSA/WASFA?  Mrs. Lynch will be available on Tue/Thurs after school to assist you for the next 3 weeks!

4.     HS Volleyball is holding a parent & team meeting for all athletes planning to play next year on Monday March 25th at 6:00 at Raymond High School Gym. We will talk about summer camp, summer league, and fundraising activities.

5.     JUNIORS/SENIORS- There is a Career/Job Fair on March 27th during 5th period.  Please sign up in the office if you would like to attend.

6.     Help us spread kindness! The Early Childhood Education class is sponsoring a kindness challenge. Pick up a calendar in the library. Look over kindness examples in the library window. Fill in the blanks as you go. Turn it in at the library by the 7th period on April 10th. Try to do something kind every day! 7-day check-in library= candy, 14 days’ check-in library = 2 Character count cards, 18+ days check-in library = pick from prize bucket as well as entry in the grand prize!

 

 

COMMUNITY SERVICE:

·         The Bay Center Women’s Club is looking for students to help with their town clean up event on Saturday, May 4th.  They will provide all the tools and lunch.  More information in the office

·         The Raymond Pool needs volunteers to help with painting this weekend (Saturday & Sunday) from 10-3. Stop by to help even if you only have a couple hours to give!

Breakfast Tomorrow: Muffin squares, hard boiled eggs, applesauce, craisins, and milk

 

Lunch Tomorrow: Pizza, broccoli, corn, juice, Rice Krispie Treat, fruit and milk
