·         SW Washington Chess Championships for JH students @ Centralia

 

 

 

 

STUDENT INFORMATION

 

1.     3v3 games will start Tuesday, Jan 30th. The wining team will be awarded Betzy’s!

2.     7th and 8th graders, come play chess in the library each day for the next week. We'll be playing in person and online. We'll also learn how to use score cards. Everyone is welcome!

3.     Do you like to play chess? 7th and 8th graders are invited to attend the SW Washington Chess Championships at Centralia College on Saturday, Feb. 3. Contact Mrs. Dearmore for more details and to pick up a permission slip. It's a lot of fun and everyone is welcome to attend.

4.     National Honor Society members, your chocolate bars have arrived. Stop by the library to pick up your boxes.

5.     Did you know we have received a grant to purchase local farm-raised meat and Washington grown produce?  Today’s menu is Beef Chili and Cornbread. The ground beef is from farm-raised cattle at Colvin Ranch in Tenino Washington. On the salad bar, we have micro greens in the salad mix from Lady McDonald’s Garden in Centralia. 

 

 

 

Lunch Today: Beef chili, cornbread, green beans, fruit and milk

 

Breakfast Tomorrow: Yogurt parfait, graham crackers, applesauce, fruit and milk

 

Lunch Tomorrow: Chef’s choice, grape tomatoes, fruit and milk
