Week’s Events

 

Friday

·         End of 4th quarter midterm (grades due Monday)

·         National Honor Society meeting at lunch in the library.

·         Pride Club meeting in the library at lunch (NHS and Pride Club will split the library.)

·         Junior High ASB Meeting in the Library on at 8 AM 

·         The library will be closed at lunch due to meetings

·         HS Sub District Track @ Raymond, bus leaves 1:45, release @ 1:30

 

 

STUDENT INFORMATION

 

 

 

1.     There will be a Graduation decoration committee meeting on Monday @ 3:00 in the KFH.

2.     JH Cheerleading is starting with practices next week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday 3:30-4:30 in the Multi.  A sign up sheet will be in the office by noon today.

3.     Congrats to our new Key Club officers for the 23-23 school year: President-Rebecca Garcia, Vice President -Mackenzie Kuiken, Secretary-Brittney Yi, Treasurer-Brady Wiss and Editor- Lissette Contreras

4.     Reminder to get your community service slips filled out with Kat if you volunteered at the After Prom Party!

5.    Any incoming 9-12 graders interested in Fire Science, Culinary Arts, Forestry, Cosmetology, Photography, Health Care and Automotive and would like to attend summer sessions in Aberdeen at the Twin Harbors Skill Center spots are filling up fast!  See Mrs Lynch with questions.

6.     SENIORS: Community Service Opportunity at the local Timberland Library. See Kat for more information. Remember you need 30 hours of community service to graduate!

7.     Seniors!  Don't forget to complete your High School and Beyond plans through Skyward before June 2nd.  See Mrs Lynch's email for instructions or see her in person for help.

8.     Senior Decision Day is Back!  Seniors, we will celebrate you in an assembly on May 23rd during 6th period.  Make sure to fill out some information about you in the google form sent by Mrs Lynch!

 

 

 

Conference make up:

If you missed your conference on Monday, stop by the office for the Student-Led Conference Take-Home Form.  Once you complete your conference, you will return the signed form to the office. Remember, if you do NOT complete your SLC you will not receive the .25 credit.

 

Job Opportunity:

2023 Summer Litter Crew Applications are in the office.  This is for students aged 14-18.  Applications are due to them by 3:00 pm, Thursday, May 25th.  Don’t delay if you want a chance at summer work!

Breakfast Monday: Sausage patties, toast, fruit and milk

 

Lunch Monday: Pulled pork sandwich, grape tomatoes, green beans, pudding cup, fruit and milk
