Thursday

·         Happy Birthday Jaron X!

·         HS ASB meeting @ 8:10 in Mr. Nelson’s office

·         Math testing periods 1 and 2 for grades 7,8,10 and selected 11

·         HS Volleyball Meeting for 8th-11th graders @ 3:00 in Mr. Sanchez’s room. We will be discussing camp and fundraising. 

·         NHS Induction Ceremony @ 6:30 in the library

 

Friday

·         District Track Meet @ Chehalis, bus leaves @ 1:20, release @ 1:05

·         JH Cheer practice @ 3:30 in the Multi

·         JH Movie night in the library 6-9 pm

 

Saturday

·         Fastpitch vs PWV in Centralia, game @ 10am

 

STUDENT INFORMATION

 

1.     JH Movie night is TOMORROW starting @ 6pm.  Admission is $3 and popcorn will also be available for purchase.

2.     Are you interested in becoming a Class officer?  It is now time for 8th – 11th graders to sign up to run. To sign up you must have a minimum of 2.75 cumulative GPA and good citizenship.  You have until May 26 to declare your intentions to run, signup sheet is in the office.

3.     Will the following students stop by the office to pick up their spring sport pictures: Lexi J, Rylee M, and Brandon V.

4.     If you are in 6th or 7th grade and want to try out for JH Cheer, make sure and sign up in the school office by Wednesday, May 24 @ 3:15. 

5.     Any incoming 9-12 graders interested in Fire Science, Culinary Arts, Forestry, Cosmetology, Photography, Health Care and Automotive and would like to attend summer sessions in Aberdeen at the Twin Harbors Skill Center spots are filling up fast!  See Mrs. Lynch with questions.

6.     Community Service: Kiwanis Odd Fellows Cemetery Clean-up will be this Saturday from 9:30-12:00. Bring your gloves and clippers. Lunch will be provided for the volunteers.  See you there!

7.     Don’t forget to turn in your slip if you made up your student led conference.

8.     PRIDE Club Meeting 5/26 during lunch in the library. 

 

SENIORS:

1.     Community Service Opportunity at the local Timberland Library. See Kat for more information. Remember you need 30 hours of community service to graduate!

2.     Don't forget to complete your High School and Beyond plans through Skyward before June 2nd.  See Mrs. Lynch's email for instructions or see her in person for help.

3.     Senior Decision Day is Back!  Seniors, we will celebrate you in an assembly on May 23rd during 6th period.  Make sure to fill out some information about you in the google form sent by Mrs Lynch!

4.     Graduation Rose ceremony: Roses will be $3/each. The maximum you can order is 5.  The sign-up sheet is in the office - pay when you sign up.

 

 

 

Lunch Today: Spaghetti w/meat sauce, cauliflower, Grandma’s cookies, fruit and milk

 

Breakfast Tomorrow: Cheese Omelet, Toast, fruit and milk

 

Lunch Tomorrow:  Pizza, Broccoli, Corn, fruit and milk

Final days for seniors 2025
